In addition, at AJW Group, I analyse performance deficiencies in order to provide recommendation for business growth and problem resolution. I’ve designed and deployed business process automation to improve everyday processes where manual effort can be replaced to achieve cost minimization, great efficiency and streamlined processes. An example is our database communicating directly with approved MRO vendors where fixed pricing, contracted agreements are in place resulting in reduced headcount for both customer and MRO vendor. My passion for people, product development and marketing stand as a hallmark to my success in increasing product awareness and influencing marketplace behavior when launching StockMarket.Aero in 2006 whilst working at Component Control for 10+ years. I’ve worked on both sides of the industry as vendor in the USA and as a customer in Europe where I’ve gained in-depth industry knowledge about the aviation aftermarket behavioural practices, industry buying and selling trends and the European mindset.

Clinton Wilson

Director of Data Services | Blue Aerospace

I have been blessed to work in the Information Technology field with a concentration in the Aviation industry starting in 1996 with Aviation Sales.  I then went on to work with Kellstrom Industries where I got my first taste of Quick Quote (the predecessor to Quantum).  I then went worked for AAMSI in 2002.  This is where I was introduced to Quantum.

The company had just gone live with Quantum and I came onboard to help with the implementation. I stayed with AAMSI for 15 years working with Quantum and Component Control, designing reports and customizing the modules to meet the company needs. I’m now with Blue Aerospace (a division of HEICO Aerospace) located in Tamarac Florida. I started with Blue 2018. My job here is pretty much the same, working with Quantum to streamline the processes and utilizing the modules including the Quantum dashboard to move the company in ‘paperless’ direction. We were successful in eliminating most of the paper from the workflow and now the only documents that are printed are the ones that go along with the shipment to the customer. I’m a person who will stop at nothing to find a solution to a problem no matter how complex. The word can’t is not in my vocabulary. I absolutely love working with Quantum and helping others work though their Quantum issues and coming up with really good solutions. This is my first year with the board and I’m looking forward to working with the QUE group to really do what we can to help its members get the most out of Quantum.
