    Join the U.S. Commercial Service for a FREE Webinar on the Aerospace & Defense Supplier Summit (A&DSS) in Seattle. This webinar will provide an overview of the Seattle A&DSS event and testimonials from US aerospace firms on the benefits of participating in this program.  A&DSS is a matchmaking program strictly reserved for professionals from the global civil and defense aviation industry.  This is an opportunity for Boeing, US and international OEMs to connect with sub-suppliers showing capabilities and services that cover the entire spectrum of the aerospace and defense supply chain.  Seattle A&DSS will include presentations on OEM procurement and supply chain policies; workshops on aerospace and defense technologies and products; and two days of pre-arranged one-on-one meetings with companies throughout the supply chain. An estimated 30 countries will be represented.

    The Aerospace & Defense Supplier Summit will take place in Seattle from March 11-13, 2014.

    The Que Group will have its annual elections in September, and is encouraging those members interested in running for election submit their interest by September 6, 2013.  All Officers and Board members are elected on an annual basis for one year terms.  Offices that are available are:

    Officers

    President (automatically becomes Chairman of the Board)

    Vice-President (automatically becomes a member of the Board of Directors)

    Secretary (automatically becomes a member of the Board of Directors)

    Treasurer (automatically becomes a member of the Board of Directors)

     

    Board of Directors

    Board Member (5 positions in addition to the Officers)

     

    You may run for any one Officer position, and may run for the Board of Directors in addition to the Officer.  The three persons receiving the most votes for the Board of Directors, in addition to the elected Officers, will be elected to the Board.

     If you are interested in any of the positions, please send an email to Alonda Clinton at secretary@quegroup.org.  Please indicate which office and/or Board position you wish to run for.  You may optionally include a description of yourself and your qualifications.  This description is limited to 100 words or less.
