I wanted to know if there will be the shop control presentation on a download that was used at the Que group conference. It was on Thursday 7-19 at the 2:55 time slot.

I see where there are 3 of the presentations downloaded for us from the conference, but not this one on Shop Control.

I am also looking for the one presented on Friday 7-20 on Contact Management.

    Please advise.

    Thanks,

Can someone tell me if there has been a change in the uploading of pictures into the Work orders, in Documents and Images?

When I was at the Conference in July, I sat at a round table discussion about this with Sean, and he told us there is nothing updated as yet. We are looking to upload more than one picture at a time into the Documents and Images within the Work orders and Sales orders.

Right now we have to load them into a folder on our desktop and then download them into the documents and images one at a time. And also take these photos and send to customers out of the folder. Why can’t we take a photo out of the Documents and images and e-amil more than one to customer as well?

    Please advise.

Hi Sandy, we were frustrated with this too. We wrote our own solution to fit our work processes but you can do it. It needs to be an application separate of the quantum front end that inserts the documents.
