All I know During these times everyone is working remotely. I have Found in the last week that screen skins cause windows RDS issues including disconnects and freezing. This is especially problematic on windows 2016 and 2019 server. This is the case with all versions of quantum. The skins are broken on version 12.1.7 so it is not an issue there.
also If you are using 64b office 365 and want to connect to quantum let me know.

Is this when you scan the barcode label? This is control number and Id. Did you select stockline or PN on the batch header?

Brandon. You can remap the data source In crystal to qctl. These are CC reports and these users do not exist in your system.

Screen editor is really limited. Nothing like the old screen scripter. it was robust and can do all sorts of things

Imagepro is just finishing this functionality. Type in SM number and you can scan parts with phone. I haven’t seen it yet but soon.

We have been using gsuite for three years. Not bad. Sometimes gmail is a little restricted but for the price pretty good. Works well with outlook.

Imagepro converts images to pdf. They size like all other quantum images

I also think you need to have the oracle processor license to buy the API

Very few companies have been able to afford the 25k API to quantum. it requires you to have oracle processor licensing and increased SMA make it cost prohibitive This basically limits the module to larger companies. There about a dozen api options and most work will need to be done by component control. The new interface is much better but cost of cost. Most clients over the years have made their own interface. As Nadim says below. Always test quantum thoroughly before changing versions.

Quantum counts all connections to o the oracle instance. Seems Weird but this the way it is.

Sue the trick to using power bi outside of quantum is to make views and pull the data from a single view. Otherwise quantum counts each connection to each table in your query. As you can imagine you will run out of quantum licenses quickly. CC has masked the usage for internal BI

Hi Martin. I know Many companies using quantum on Citrix published app. The trick is to make sure outlook app and quantum app can see each other. Also need to make sure that Twain drivers are mapped correctly for imaging. Let me know if I can Help. Thx pietro

Randy open the site window and hold control F10. See is the historical field is already there. I think It was put in earlier but was exposed until 10.10. If you see it then they can.m be updated in SQL

scott this is tricky. copy the attached file to your machine and remove the txt. Extention should be css. copy into the the root of the dashboard website files. On the event add the custom name and it will pick up the new font size. good luck Pietro

Hey Jim you need to link so_detail to so_header using soh_auto_key and then link so_detail to stock_reservations to stock sod_auto_key an stm-auto_key respectfully. now you cn hook up the warehouse code to the stock using whs_auto_key.

Hi Craig. My name is pietro ane I worked For CC for 18 years. Event manager is by far one of the most popular modules they sell for quantum. It allows the sending of auto notifications for processes like shipping and at statements. Also it allows image to be attached and sent. It is integrated with contract management so it can automate those notifications as well. You can make custom events and attach crystal reports but not the std documents. You can also schedule all dynamic crystal reports automatically. We can create all the events and teach you so you can make your own in the future. Let me know what you think. Pietro

Hi Dan, tthe Quantum dashboard uses .NET 3.5 so its a bit dated.It will probably still work on IIS. i would be more concerned with Microsoft graph program installing without issue. Only one way to know is to try it. thx Pietro

Quantum 10.10.X has the crystal landscape priinting resolved nd 12c issues resolved. I would also instaall the Oracle 12c client on Windows 10. I have a downlod if you need it.

Steve are there no errors during your bulk update? Are you using OCDIA? Sometimes using outside updates bypass the triggers and dont update fields. Also have you hd a look at the Orcle error log? thx

Hey Steve, Have you tried changing the ports? Are you sing the ctul serial port or usb adapter? Easiest is llike Nadin said. Install on a lical machine and add to VPN to see the oracle IP.

Seems like a pretty straight forward event. compare the max_credit iin the companies table against the AR balance view. Use the custom SQL emgr event. I dont know your level of expertise with EMGR. Let me know if you need help.
