When you email the invoice to your customer using event manager, add a CC to your accounting email and you will have it there. in addition, you can use that copy to send to the customers that claim they did not receive the invoice, it gives you a way to verify the recipients address(es), as well you can forward the original to them to show when you submitted it to them.
I’m having the same problems and more. I have a Surface and I’m told that the Surface itself is part of the problem. On some RDS for me it’s only the report problem as described here. On other servers, the entire window of quantum is tiny. if you haven’t already called component control tech support do so because I think they have been able to fix it for a few people.
