    Hi Pietro,
    Thank you for the feedback, I was basically looking for the exact same report details that you see in the “Vendor Delivery Performance” crystal report, except I would like for this data to reflect shipments made to the companies customers and not the companies vendors.

    Can anyone also send me a copy of how to extract a shelf life report from Quantum that will show any parts in stock that have a shelf life against them. Also does Quantum have the capability to know the difference between a part that has a shelf life requirement and one that has an unlimited shelf life?

    I never did get a response from you on how can I create the same report for customers as what Quantum reports offers for vendors. Are you still there???
