Hi Adrian,

When adding skills manually to a WO, I believe they just show up in the order you add them. Are you referring to the tasks on the WO showing up in a weird order? When adding a task you can always type in whatever sequence number you like manually, and it will appear that way on the WO. I don’t think you can edit it after the task is created though.

Let me know if that makes sense, or feel free to pass along some screenshots to illustrate the issue you’re seeing.

The only way we’ve been able to complete this so far is using the Mobile Imaging Module. You’re able to take multiple photos and convert to a PDF for storage on the SL.

Hi Vickie,

We’re licensed for Manufacturing, but unfortunately don’t use it a ton. I did a quick look and I don’t believe it is possible to copy an existing Product Template to an already opened MO. Even moving it to a new revision requires manual work, and won’t bring over any new tasks.

Product templates can be set up for a specific PN with tasks, BOMs, Skills, etc. but I don’t see any way to apply these once the MO has been opened.

My first thought was to edit the XSL to manipulate how the email looks, but I don’t believe you can access the the “Xsl Template” functionality from the Custom Crystal event type. We’ve only really used the XSL functionality when using the “Email Alert” event type.

Hi Henrik,

Do you use Quantum through remote desktop? We’ve had this happen with Crystal – and we use Ctrl + Alt + End to open the desktop which usually brings them back. Alternatively, we have the user “exit and log off” from the user menu to force them into a new session.
