    Thanks warren.

How do you get them into quantum? is it a manual process carried out by someone/a team?

    Hi Michael

I think its the emgr_log table that you need but it may depend on which version of quantum you are running. If its a specific event use the eme_auto_key to update just that one or you can use the field table_name if its a type of event (ie all crystal reports = cr_item) otherwise if you want to stop everything in the queue i think just updating the success date from null to sysdate would work.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Abi

It was good to meet you at the conference.

We had a patch installed and they updated the exe’s that event manager uses. We also updated Java and went through a lot of troubleshooting looking at windows server updates and hot fixes with Daniel.

The final step that seems to have fixed our event manage queue problem was when Dominic re-index the table. Since then event manager has been performing better than ever. It could be a combination of all that we had done though.

    Hope this helps.

    Kind Regards

    James
