Classification can be used classify the contract master. We use it classify contact master when we uploaded migrated data. so migrated date is marked as OLD and all the new one will have the classification NEW.

I have tried the solution you have suggested but the mail generated the event manager doesn’t have the document image attached. Do we have to fill the filed highlighted in the attachment
