Hi Mike, Pietro or anyone who can help.
I have used CR 2016 for years created many many reports and loaded into Quantum but cannot for the life of me remember how to join CR to the server. I updated to CR 2020 to be compatible with the replacement Windows Server 2022 our RD\Terminal Servers that I run CR on in our private cloud environment.. Our MAX server is also new and Server 2022 just made live over the weekend, so the original connection won’t work and what I am getting is this error initially. Anyone got a set of instructions on what I need to do to get this new version of CR joined please?

Hello Mike.
Thanks for the pointer = you are quite right.
After more research and contact with Component Data Services and Network Services it was thrown back to Tech Support with the pretty simple solution of them installing Oracle Client 11g 64 bit sitting side by side with the originally installed 32 bit.Crystal Reports 2020 now works and connects in the same way CR 2016 did.
Years ago when installs to workstations etc was not as automated as they are now I may have installed myself rather than have Component do it but have forgotten the detail.
Anyway got there in the end and was a pretty simple solution which Their Tech Support now seems informed on.
Cheers
Rob
