Hi Teresa, Have you set up any Contact Masters yet in the Contact Management Module? You will need to do this for each category or type of contact you want to utilize. This may be by department or job type. But once you create your first one you have to add which users will have visibility to those Contact Manager types. And once you have access to visibility of at least one it should show up in your browse windows.

Standardize the screens in the parts master windows for a most common use case. Standardize the order of the columns in those screens in a more meaningful way. Ex. As a standard Order Number & Date should always be the first column. Standard sorting on date newest to oldest.

Hi Rick,
If you manage and update the Home LP (i.e. List Price) field in the parts master screen this will populate on the BOM line (as well as the Price Date). It shows on the BOM line as Unit Price and Price Date just make sure these column are moved over and visible. Many people use this as a good reference datapoint when pricing out material in the BOM. -
