    Was there alot of setup to get Preactor to talk to Quantum? Are you updating Quantum with re-scheduled dates from Preactor after updating your schedules?

    Is Preactor still working for you Ryan/Leo? Did you build the Import/Export processes yourself of use a 3rd Party to write these?

    Anyone else using this?

    We are interested and looking for some current feedback.

    Billing Groups: NO

    Work Packages/WO: YES

    Sub WP/WO: YES

    Partial Billing: YES

    Our experience has been very similar. Unfortunately the ‘Squeaky Wheel’ methodology is the only one that seems to work with CC and even that takes far too much time. I requested a monthly meeting to review the following items for our organization:

    1) Bug Fixes. What is the status, ETA to be resolved.

    2) Quotes. What is the status of any quotes we have requested for Custom Programming.

    3) Approved Quotes. What is the ETA for Custom Programming Quotes Approved.

    Nobody at CC will commit to discussing all of these. You need to email/call different departments which his a complete waste of our time. There are some very good people at CC but they are limited by the amount of hours in a day. IMO they need a Customer Support person dedicated to each company. This CSR will then dig through the Internal CC Black Hole to come back with the required info. We shouldn’t have to call all the different departments to try and gather this info for ourselves. The metrics from the questions above should drive internal resource requirements.

    In the meantime, Good Luck and keep Calling/Emailing them. Log your response times and forward them to Todd Lewis at CC to review….

    We had the same issue. It’s a bug and CC has a patch for it now. Contact them. Jamie Correia in Tech Support assisted us in resolving this and getting the patch done.
