You can modify the invoice that prints from the invoice management module if you have forms designer. Pretty simple change if you need help.

responses are fine with the queries, but one unique thing with Attributes is they don’t exist at all for each record (PNM for example). so you have to insert values into these tables first or the query only shows you were values are already populated. This can be accomplished with a sql insert first to associate the desired attribute with all PNMs
